I contacted Chris and he happily worked around my busy schedule to find a suitable time to come and tune the piano. Chris was really chatty and more importantly did a great job! Over many years I have experienced piano tuning, both at home and at work in schools. Most have been good, some excellent. Recently I had an old Chappell piano tuned by Chris Walden. He tunes by ear, not electronic device, and gets it perfect. Chris also pointed out and corrected some inadequacies in the action. The result is an instrument which both sounds and feels better than it has in a long time. I would certainly recommend him.

The difference in the piano is fantastic, it plays pitch perfect and Chris even managed to fix two notes that I thought were beyond repair.
