Cancellation & rescheduling policy

As an independent piano tuner, I schedule each appointment carefully to provide every client with the highest level of service and attention.​​

Because tuning appointments reserve a significant block of time, last minute cancellations or missed appointments can be difficult to fill and result in lost income.

This policy is designed to ensure fairness and efficiency for both my clients and myself.

Appointment changes & cancellations

More than 48 hours notice - You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at no charge.

​

24-48 hours notice - A cancellation fee equal to 50% of the standard tuning fee will be charged.

​

Less than 24 hours notice or missed appointments - the full standard tuning fee will be charged.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact me directly by phone, text or email as soon as possible.
